2 more days to Brisbane

2 more days to Brisbane and yet I am too busy to be excited. Will I be able to enjoy my trip or would my mind be filled with worries and stress?? It is not that I do not trust my committee but rather they are so new to these things and I sort of worry for them. I hope everything will turn out smoothly.. Oh Lord! Provide your guidance and wisdom to them... !

Happy Birthday Da Gu

The second greatest gift God has given me in my life.....

It's none other than my "Da Gu".... Thanks for everything! You are God's earthly reward to me!! You have been an inspiration and a source of encouragement to me through the years. Even as white hairs graced upon you like a crown with the passing years, I know that those are signs of wisdom and knowledge. My life without you would be different, knowing that God has risen you up for a purpose... May you continue to be source of blessings and inspirations to many others and may this light and salt be carried to the ends of the earth.

God bless you and Happy Beloved Birthday!!!!

Jacket

Thanks Uncle Mark and Aunty Violet.. Look how smart I look in the jacket you bought for me.. Hahaaha.... I wanted to pose behind some violets, but couldn't find any. Hahaaha..

My pose not too bad eh..??

Skretting Visit

Some outdated photos on my visit to Skretting.

Skretting is a aquafeed company based in Hobart, Tasmania. It is responsible for producing feel pellets for cultured species like the Altantic salmon, Southern Blue fin Tuna, Barramuni (known as Kim Bak Lor in Singapore), Abalones feed and many others..

Well.. I am not going to outline the manufacturing process cause I've just finished my exams...(So sick of it). But here are some photos for you to enjoy..

After the trip, we had a stop by at Richmond, which is another beautiful place that I feel worthy of me to retire at.. (Sorry ah.. Me and my retiring dream place again).

I guess that's about all for this post.... Well.. if you want to know more about my retiring place, Imagine me with white hair in the next photo..

Wierd Dream

If there isn't any productive day, today MUST be the day. I've only managed to do 1 past year exam paper and I can't seem to concentrate. My mind is wandering far and wide and the fear of the exam paper seems to be creeping in slowly. It's not that I've done badly for the earlier assessment, infact all my subjects results fall within distinction range. I am just worried of not doing well for the exam, so much so that it has affected my sleep recently. I never had dreams for consecutive days. Well... It is happening now, with last night's dream being the most ridiculous thus far.
I dreamed that I was back in Singapore and was about to have my dinner. I opened the lid to the pot of soup and to my horror found my fishes in it. I was told by my mother that my dad was the one that added them into the soup. Reason being, that the german rams (fish) were breeding "like rabbits" and he decided to see how they taste like. I was so furious and upset that I cried uncontrollably, almost to the state that I suffered from an asthma attack. I was hyperventilating so hard that I woke myself up to find that I am still crying.... Thank God, I was not having an asthma attack. Silly me! In my dream, I was even contemplating on telling my dad whether he would cook us even he had many of us.. Hehehe..
Too stress...

Home sick

Well... I guess it has became a part of me to feel homesick whenever I am mugging for my exams. I guess the real driver is the boredom and stress that I am feeling now. Everyday seems to be like a routine.. Study study study..Shrugz... As a matter of fact, I am only taking 2 papers for this semester and I am already filling the stress piled on me.. The final year stress is no doubt different... Sigh...
Some interesting update includes the recent $1.7 million law suit filed by my scholarship company "Tassal" against my university.. Somehow, the Uni was sued for killing more than 60,000 salmon in an experimental trial. I hope it wouldn't affect my scholarship... Grumph*
Next, its officially winter now in Tasmania. However, the weather is still pretty bearable compared to last year's. I hope it will stay on this way throughout the winter.. :P
